Leasing Manager
1. University Graduate
2. More than 3 years' sales manager experience in the Beijing real estate.
3. Commercially aware and up to date with Residential industry news.
4. Ability to think and plan strategically.
5. Highly motivated team player, committed to company culture.
6. Excellent communication and computer skills.
7. Written and spoken fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Customer Service Manager (Residential)
Responsibilities include customer communications; customer relations (excellent communication skills required ); staff training (in both customer services skills and English) as well as offering support to the Sales and Public Relations Departments on a variety of events and projects as required.
