一、 Release <Public Notice of Listing >;

二、 Interested bidders buy listing documents;

三、 On-site survey and qestion answering;

四、 Start listing;

五、 Bidders submit bid application;

六、 Bidders pay bid deposit and receive bid qualification certificate;

七、 Bidders fills out bid quotation form and attend bid;

八、 Update the listing showed and accept new bid price;

九、 On-site bidding. On-site bidding will be taken if there're still more than two bidders asking for bidding;

十、 Decide the successful bidder;

十一、 Sign <Confirmation Letter of Successful Listing >;

十二、 Return the bid deposit to the unsuccessful bidders;

十三、 Sign agreement. The successful bidder signs relevant agreements according to the time regulated in the <Confirmation Letter of Successful Listing>;

十四、 Publish land sell result.
